The Automatic Candle Making Production Line by Riders Star Group Ltd is a fully automated system designed for the production of glass candles, such as tealight or votive glass cup candles.

Key Features:
The line's main component is a mesh conveyor that efficiently transports multiple containers in rows directly beneath a set of dosing nozzles. These nozzles are connected to the paraffin Melter, ensuring precise filling of containers. As a standard, the production line includes two dosing stations for the main chamber and refills, providing seamless, continuous production.

Production Process:
1. Filling
The conveyor transports containers under the dosing stations, filling them with melted paraffin.
2. Cooling
The filled containers are cooled using high-efficiency fans, with the option of integrating an air-conditioning system for enhanced cooling.
3. Custom Configuration
The line’s length, width, and number of nozzles can be customized according to the customer's production requirements and plant size.

Possible Configurations and Add-ons:

  • 1. Wick Inserting Machine: Automates the process of placing wicks into candle containers.
  • 2. Automatic Loading/Unloading System: Streamlines production by automating the movement of containers on and off the line.
  • 3. Swiveling Wheels & Conveyor Belts: Ensures smooth, flexible movement across the production area.
  • 4. Container Pre-heating System: Prepares containers for optimal paraffin adhesion.
  • 5. Dosing Stations with Melter: Ensures precision in paraffin dispensing.
  • 6. Fan Stations: Cools filled candles efficiently.
  • 7. Mesh Cleaning System: Removes paraffin residue from the conveyor, ensuring a clean production environment.
  • 8. Labelling Machine: Adds labels to the finished candles.
